With Sync, POSBridge loads all terminals registered in your SumUp account. Use this when a terminal does not appear after pairing or when terminals are missing. About 30 seconds

Start sync

Terminals page → Click Sync (top right). POSBridge loads all terminals registered with SumUp.

Check result

All registered terminals appear in the list. Newly added terminals have UNKNOWN status until a status check has been performed.
A manual sync is only necessary after adding a new terminal. During normal operation the status is automatically kept up to date.
