Open POSBridge Settings

Open the POSBridge app in Shopify Admin → click Settings in the left navigation.

Click 'Connect SumUp via OAuth'

In the SumUp OAuth section click the Connect SumUp via OAuth button. You will be redirected to the SumUp login page.

Sign in with SumUp account

Sign in with your SumUp credentials (same as in the SumUp app or me.sumup.com).

Allow permissions

SumUp shows the requested permissions. Click Allow. You will be redirected back to POSBridge automatically.

Connection confirmed

A green banner “SumUp successfully connected” confirms the connection. Done — no further step needed.
No. OAuth fully replaces the API key. Existing API key connections still work, but we recommend switching to OAuth.
Tokens are automatically refreshed in the background. No action needed from you.
Yes. In settings there is a Disconnect button. You can reconnect afterwards.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the POSBridge app. Open Shopify Admin → Apps → POSBridge and refresh the page.
