Adjust auto-matching on Transactions - POSBridge

Settings (POSBridge → Transactions → Auto-Assignment (POS) → Edit)

App menu Transactions (page title Transactions & Reconciliation). On that page, card Auto-Assignment (POS) → Edit. Not Settings → Reconciliation.

Setting	Default	Description
Auto-linking	Enabled	Payments are matched to fitting orders automatically.
Sensitivity	Recommended (0.85)	Aggressive (0.80), Recommended (0.85) or Strict (0.90). Stricter = fewer but safer matches.
Time window	±10 min (Recommended)	Aggressive ±15 min, Strict ±5 min. Maximum time difference between the SumUp payment and the Shopify order.
POS orders only	Always on	In-store Shopify POS orders only — fixed, cannot be turned off.
Exclude cash	Always on	Cash orders are ignored — fixed, cannot be turned off.

Recommendation: leave settings at default. Only adjust if you regularly see false matches or persistently many unlinked transactions.
