# POSBridge Tile Missing from Smart Grid

> The POSBridge tile is not visible in the Shopify POS Smart Grid.

*About 2–5 minutes*

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add tile manually">
    Shopify POS → pencil icon ✏️ → Add app tile → search "POSBridge SumUp Payment" → Add → Done.
  </Step>

  <Step title="If tile does not appear in search">
    Make sure: 1. POSBridge is installed in Shopify Admin. 2. An active plan or trial exists. 3. Shopify POS app is up to date. 4. Wait up to 5 minutes after app installation.

  The tile must be added separately on each iPad/iPhone. The setting is device-specific.
