# Adjust auto-matching on Transactions

> Automatic matching and sensitivity on the Transactions page.

### Settings (POSBridge → Transactions → Auto-Assignment (POS) → Edit)

App menu **Transactions** (page title **Transactions & Reconciliation**). On that page, card **Auto-Assignment (POS)** → **Edit**. Not Settings → Reconciliation.

| Setting | Default | Description |
| - | - | - |
| Auto-linking | Enabled | Payments are matched to fitting orders automatically. |
| Sensitivity | Recommended (0.85) | **Aggressive** (0.80), **Recommended** (0.85) or **Strict** (0.90). Stricter = fewer but safer matches. |
| Time window | ±10 min (Recommended) | Aggressive ±15 min, Strict ±5 min. Maximum time difference between the SumUp payment and the Shopify order. |
| POS orders only | Always on | In-store Shopify POS orders only — fixed, cannot be turned off. |
| Exclude cash | Always on | Cash orders are ignored — fixed, cannot be turned off. |

  Recommendation: leave settings at default. Only adjust if you regularly see false matches or persistently many unlinked transactions.
