# How Does Reconciliation Work?

> How POSBridge matches SumUp payments to Shopify orders — on the Transactions page.

### Automatic matching

In the app: menu **Transactions** (page title **Transactions & Reconciliation**). POSBridge matches SumUp payments to your Shopify orders.

Payments via the POS tile or Collect balance are linked to the order — status **linked**. Anything that does not clearly match stays **open** so you can link it yourself.

Adjust auto-match: on the same page, card **Auto-Assignment (POS)** → **Edit**. Not under Settings → Reconciliation.
